  2. Services

 

2.1 We specialise in providing mobile car detailing services in Brisbane, Australia.

 

2.2 Committed to delivering high-quality services, we strive to meet the diverse needs of our customers.

2.4 To provide the service to the customer must have a water point and an energy point available.

 

2.3 We retain the right to reject any service request we consider inappropriate or beyond our capacity.

  3. Pricing and Payment

 

3.1 Service prices, as listed on our website, are subject to change without prior notice.

 

3.2 A $50 deposit is required upon booking, with the remainder due at the end of the session.

 

3.3 We accept cash, credit card payments, and bank transfers.

3.4 Call fee is included in the service price, unless the service address is more than 30km from Brisbane CBD, which would incur an additional $2 for each kilometer above 30km from Brisbane CBD.

  4. Booking

4.1 Reservations can be made at least 2 weeks in advance up to one day before the service.

         4.2 A $50 deposit is required when booking, which will be refunded if cancelled 3 hours before the service.

  5. Cancellation

5.1 Cancellation and rescheduling are allowed up to 3 hours before the scheduled service.

5.2 If the client cancels with less than 3 hours' notice, the $50 deposit will be retained.

5.3 Early cancellation (before 3 hours) will result in a full deposit refund.

  6. Rescheduling

6.1 Rescheduling is only allowed up to 3 hours before the service.

6.2 Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  7. Operating & Moving Your Vehicle

​

7.1 The customer agrees to provide Cartist Detailing with access to their vehicle during the detailing job and any other mutually agreed-upon times. The keys to the car are requested to be made available for our use. By acknowledging this document, you authorise Cartist Detailing to operate and move your vehicle as necessary.

  8. Liability

 

8.1 We disclaim liability for any damage or loss from using our services.

 

8.2 We are not liable for any damage or loss from using our website.

 

8.3 We are not liable for any damage or loss arising from a breach of these terms and conditions.
