Booking and cancellation policy

Booking and Cancellation Policy 1. Booking: - Reservations can be made at least 2 weeks in advance up to one day before the service. - A $50 deposit is required when booking, which will be refunded if cancelled 3 hours before the service. 2. Cancellation: - Cancellation and rescheduling are allowed up to 3 hours before the scheduled service. - If the client cancels with less than 3 hours notice, the $50 deposit will be retained. - Early cancellation (before 3 hours) will result in a full deposit refund. 3. Rescheduling: - Rescheduling is only allowed up to 3 hours before the service. - Rescheduling is subject to availability. Please note that these policies enable us to provide efficient and quality service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
